Inner PE Liner Technical Directives

During ocean transit across tropical equatorial routes, container internal temperatures fluctuate wildly, creating "container rain" (internal condensation). Standard woven PP bags allow water vapor exchange. Polyethylene (PE) inner liners form an impermeable vapor barrier.

Hulled Sesame Seeds (Mandatory): Because outer hulls are removed, exposed seeds are highly hygroscopic with low moisture (max 5%). They absorb atmospheric moisture rapidly, triggering FFA (Free Fatty Acid) spikes and mold. PE liners are strictly mandatory for all hulled orders.

Natural & Black Sesame (Recommended): Natural sesame retains its protective hull, but PE liners are strongly recommended for long maritime voyages exceeding 20 days.
