Raw Material Intake Assessment

Before processing commences, our incoming raw sesame undergoes aggressive evaluation for baseline moisture, foreign matter, and intrinsic seed quality. This critical first gate prevents unsuitable raw material from compromising the entire production line.

Post-Cleaning Purity Check

Following extensive mechanical screening and destoning, we conduct systematic physical sampling. This stage quantifies the removal of stones, stalks, and dust, verifying that the physical purity aligns with preliminary commercial specifications prior to optical sorting.

Post-Sortex Visual Grading

Advanced optical sorting equipment targets discolored, damaged, and immature seeds. Our technicians then manually evaluate samples against stringent color conformity standards, ensuring visual consistency crucial for bakery and confectionery applications.

Post-Hulling Residual Hull

For hulled sesame production, mechanical friction removes the outer husk. We continuously analyze samples to quantify unhulled seed counts and residual hull material, ensuring the final product meets the specific tolerances required by tahini producers.

Pre-Pack Final COA

Before bagging, a representative composite sample is drawn for final physical analysis. This data generates our internal batch documentation and prepares the lot for subsequent third-party chemical and microbiological testing.
